Savannah Rose and I went to see the 3D movie of Alice in Wonderland this weekend. The creation of Tim Burton was impressive -- a different spin or weaving of the tale, but very wonderful indeed.
All reports coming in now on various sites say --
“Alice in Wonderland” has climbed to a $208.6 million total domestically to become the top-grossing of Depp and Burton’s seven films together, which include “Edward Scissorhands,” “Sweeney Todd” and “Corpse Bride.
“I believe it’s literally the magical, if you would, pairing of Tim and Johnny,” said Chuck Viane, head of distribution for Disney. “When you take those two, they always seem to make something really out of the ordinary.”
Savannah Rose and I give this 2 thumbs up. Also, she left the theater saying, "I can't wait till it comes out on DVD to purchase".
